  • Venue Recommendations: Help with finding the perfect venue for your small event.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assistance with selecting and coordinating 2-3 key vendors (caterer, entertainment, etc.).
  • Event Timeline Creation: Custom event day timeline to ensure a smooth flow.
  • On-Site Event Management: Up to 4 hours of on-site management on the event day to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
  • Day-of Coordination: Managing vendors, ensuring the event stays on track, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Email/Phone Support: Limited pre-event communication for planning details and adjustments.
  • Budget Tracking: Basic support for keeping your event on budget.

Medium Event Planning Package (51-150 Guests): Larger corporate events, family reunions, and semi-formal celebrations.

  • Initial Consultation: Two 60-minute consultations to discuss details and refine the event concept.
  • Venue and Vendor Coordination: Assistance with finding venues and managing 4-6 vendors (catering, audio-visual, entertainment, etc.).
  • Event Design and Styling: Guidance with event theme, decor, and color schemes tailored to your vision.
  • Custom Event Timeline: A detailed, step-by-step event day timeline to ensure smooth transitions.
  • On-Site Event Management: Up to 8 hours of on-site management on the event day.
  • Day-of Coordination: Handling logistics, overseeing the vendor team, managing guest flow, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Guest Management: Managing RSVP lists and seating arrangements.
  • Email/Phone Support: Ongoing support for event planning questions, vendor communication, and problem-solving.
  • Budget Management: Helping you stick to the budget by managing costs and negotiating with vendors.

Starting at $150 includes:

  • 1 revision after initial draft

Photography

Starting at $500 includes:

  • Photography coverage (up to 4 hours)
  • Edited digital photos delivered in an online gallery
  • Optional prints available for purchase

Live Music

Starting at $600 includes:

  • Live music for up to 4 hours (musician/band)
  • Choice of genres or style (e.g., acoustic, jazz, classical)
  • Option for additional performers for an extra fee

Pet Care

Starting at $150 includes:

  • Pet sitting services (up to 4 hours)
  • Includes playtime, feeding, and pet comfort
  • Pick-up and drop-off included (if applicable)
