- Vendor Coordination: Assistance with selecting and coordinating 2-3 key vendors (caterer, entertainment, etc.).
- Event Timeline Creation: Custom event day timeline to ensure a smooth flow.
- On-Site Event Management: Up to 4 hours of on-site management on the event day to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- Day-of Coordination: Managing vendors, ensuring the event stays on track, and troubleshooting issues.

- On-Site Event Management: Up to 8 hours of on-site management on the event day.
